The performances of Miro Magloire's New Chamber Ballet combine the delicate intimacy of a chamber music concert with the physical exuberance of dance. Founded in 2004 by artistic director and choreographer Miro Magloire, the company favors a bare-bones approach of performing in intimate spaces with live music and simple lighting. The repertory typically consists of ballets for 1 to 4 dancers with music on piano and violin, specifically created for the company by artistic director Miro Magloire and various guest choreographers.
